Overview

The aim of this workshop series is to lay a foundation of cooperation for users and vendors to work together on making experimental data FAIR, i.e. Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Re-purposable.

The series began with the workshop on data exchange and storage in ellipsometry on September 22-23, 2022 in Leipzig, and will continue bringing together members of the various scientific communities encompassed within Area B and technology partners throughout 2022, 2023 and 2024.
